Q. Can I get help matching the color of my gown to a crystal color?
A. Yes, we are very happy to assist you. Color computer monitors are not all calibrated exactly the same. If you are unsure if a crystal or pearl color will match your gown, you may mail us a swatch and we will custom match it for you.

Q. Can I order illusion wire jewelry in gold or silver instead? Or vice versa?
A. In most cases, yes! Just email your request. A materials fee adjustment may apply to converting illusion wire to gold or silver.


Q. Is it possible to get the jewelry in the "LTD." section in colors not shown on the "LTD." color chart?
A. The pieces that we list as "LTD." contain 10mm round Swarovski crystals. These particular crystals are only manufactured in certain colors, making them available only in the "LTD." chart colors.


Q. There is a Swarovski crystal color or shape that I really want, but I don't see it listed on your chart. Can I special order it?
A. We have generalized our Swarovski crystal inventory to provide as many choices as possible for our customers. Not all Swarovski crystal colors are manufactured in all sizes and shapes. If you email us your request, we will research it. If it is available to us we will be happy to special order it for you. Special order fees apply to materials that we do not carry.


Q. I am ready to order. How can I tell which crystal/pearl will be the "main" color, and which will be the "accent" color?
A. The main color will always be the crystal/pearl that is largest, or if of the same size, the one used more in the piece. The accent color will be smaller one, or if of the same size, used less in the piece.


Q. I only want one color of crystal/pearl in my jewelry, but I have to fill in both the "main" color field and the "accent" color field in order to add it to my cart. What do I do?
A. Enter your single color choice in both the "main" and "accent" color fields.


Q. I am not sure what size necklace or bracelet to order. How can I tell?
A. See our sizing page to determine the best size necklace or bracelet to order. It is important that your measurements are accurate for well-fitting jewelry.

Q. I ordered the wrong color or size. What happens now?
A. If you just placed the order, call us right away. If it has not gone to production we will be happy to change it for you. If it has already gone to production, we may have made purchases based on your order or spent labor time and will not be able to make changes to the original order.


Q. What is your return policy?
A. Our return policy is as follows:

We offer a 30 day guarantee- if any piece is defective, return it within 30 days and we will replace it or refund your money. We do not cover damage caused by the buyer.

In the event that you do not receive your items exactly as you ordered them, in materials or size, return them to us via USPS priority mail and we will re-make them to your original order specifications. We will credit the cost of shipping them back when we receive them.

In the event that you receive an item as requested, but you have miscalculated the size, please call or email us with specifics on the problem. If it is possible to do, we will request that you return the item to us and we will resize it. A re-sizing fee may apply.

As all of our work is custom, we cannot refund or exchange in the event of size or color miscalculation by the buyer. Please be accurate when ordering. If you need ordering assistance, please feel free to call or email us.
