My name is Patti. I am a native Californian recently relocated to the beautiful state of Oklahoma.
As a kid I dreamed of becoming a clothing designer. So, when I began college my intent was still to focus on fashion. But, in a twist of fate, a class that I needed was unavailable, so I signed up for beginning jewelry. That’s all it took--I was hooked! I switched direction and majored in studio arts with emphasis in jewelry design.
After receiving my AA Degree from Santa Rosa Junior College in 1993 I transferred into Humboldt State University's jewelry and metalsmithing program. At Humboldt State I had the great fortune of being taught by an incredible jewelry artist, David LaPlantz. Through David I learned technique and the mechanics of creating jewelry, but even more about opening up to possibilities and I will be forever grateful to him. Thank you David, for everything.
I have been a jewelry and metal artist since 1992. I began to focus on marketing my work in 2003 seasonally on eBay and through venues such as renaissance, art, and craft fairs in California.
Now, Perfect Match Bridal Jewelry incorporates both my love of jewelry design and my custom wire art skills. In my collections you will find classic lines with a unique flair and quality materials.
