Our Guarantee
Your satisfaction with our jewelry is our business. If any piece you receive has a manufacturing defect, return it within 30 days of receiving it and we will replace it or refund you in full.

In the event that you do not receive your items exactly as you ordered them, in materials, size, or color, return them to us via USPS priority mail and we will re-make them to your original order specifications. We will credit the cost of shipping them back when we receive them.

Miscalculated Size
In the event that you receive an item as you requested it, but you miscalculated the size when you placed your order, please email us with specifics on the problem. If it is possible to re-size it, we will contact you with return instructions. A re-sizing fee may apply.

Return Exclusions
As all of our work is custom, we cannot refund or exchange due to damage caused by the buyer or in the event of size or color miscalculation by the buyer. It is very important to use accurate measurements when ordering.
